Custom 2 part Dice mold to be made from Model provided by client. Opening will coincide with one side of the die, without a pour spout, as a “smoosh” mold and will be made with highest quality Platinum Cure Silicones that are extremely durable, non-stick, heat tolerant to 450 degrees F, and will last many castings with proper care.

JEmerald Studio agrees to build this custom commission to your reasonable satisfaction for payment of incurred costs. Purchase of this product signifies full agreement with the following terms.

·       I agree to compensate JEmerald Studio for the full amount of the project as stated.

·       I understand that unless I pay a royalty fee separately the designs are property of JEmerald Studio and may be used at their discretion.

·       I understand that the process is dependent on my providing accurate description and measurements of item and/or original master to be molded, and once I have confirmed the images/dimensions of the Final Design I am responsible for payment of that design.

·       I also understand that while JEmerald Studio may offer advice on how to best cast my final product, the mold and the any issues that arise from incorrect information given are not the fault of JEmerald Studio, any issues or concerns must be addressed before build initiation.

·       I agree that possesion of the mold belongs to JEmerald Studio until payment in Full has been recieved. If I fail to pay in full within 1 year from start of project I understand my deposit(s) are forfeit and JEmerald Studio is free to dispose of all items relative to this project at their discretion.
